Arriving late may result in a shortened service time or the need to reschedule. Cancellations and Rescheduling • We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice to avoid a cancellation fee. • No-shows or cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service. Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or sensitivities prior to your service. • For the safety and comfort of all clients, we maintain strict sanitation practices and use only sterilized tools and equipment. • If you are feeling unwell, we kindly ask that you reschedule your appointment. Payments and Gratuity • We accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards for payment. Full payment is due at the time of service. • Gratuity is not included in the service price but is greatly appreciated. Tips may be given in cash or added to your credit card payment. Personal Belongings • TT Nails and Spa is not responsible for lost or stolen personal items. Please keep your belongings with you at all times. Children and Guests • For the safety and enjoyment of all clients, we request that children under the age of 12 be supervised by an adult at all times. • Due to limited space and to maintain a peaceful environment, we kindly ask that only clients receiving services be present in the treatment areas.
